1 Large Head of Cauliflower (Cut into florets & Roasted), Avocado Oil, Juice 1/2 Lemon, 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Chopped), 2 Large Lions Mane Mushrooms (Shredded), 3 Cloves Garlic (Roasted & Blended w/ Cream), 2 Cups Coconut Cream, 4 Cups of Water Dried & Fresh Thyme, Dried Rosemary, Paprika, Turmeric, Pepper, Salt to taste
Creamy Butternut Squash & Apple Soup
1 Butternut Squash (Peeled, Cubed & Roasted), 2 Large Honeycrisp Apples (Peeled, Cubed & Roasted), 1 Yellow Onion (Roasted), 4 Cloves Garlic (Roasted), 2 Cups Coconut Milk, 3 Cups Broth/Water Cinnamon, Fresh Sage, Rosemary, Coriander, Pepper, Salt to taste. Blend Ingredients in food processor. Add Kale and simmer for 15min.
